In order to reduce the noise intensity of the ball mill, protect the health of the production workers and the surrounding people, improve the work efficiency, reduce the production cost, and reduce the adverse impact of iron pollution on the mineral processing process, a copper nickel mine has transformed the simplified lining plate of 12 ball mills in the second concentrator since 2000, using rubber lining plate instead of manganese steel lining plate, and has achieved obvious economic and social benefits Grinding related technical parameters have reached the technical requirements. The end steel liner of the ball mill has short service life, frequent replacement and large weight. The risk of replacement operation is high, the labor intensity of workers is large, the annual consumption of spare parts and the maintenance cost is high.

The following introduces the trial situation of rubber village board in the 1# ball mill, and practice has proved that the use of rubber village board can produce good economic and social benefits. The effects of nano-al2o3 on the vulcanization and processing properties of natural rubber (NR/ butadiene rubber (BR/ carbon black) rubber liner reinforced by γ-type nano-al2o3 were studied. The results show that the optimum additive mass fraction of nano-al2o3 is 3%. In this case, the sintering time and positive vulcanization time of rubber liner compound are prolonged, the processing safety is improved, but the vulcanization degree of rubber compound is not affected, and the processing fluidity is better. Nano-al2o3 reinforced vulcanized rubber lining plate has better comprehensive mechanical properties, and its wear loss is reduced by 46.2%, and the initial degradation temperature is increased by more than 58℃, so that the rubber lining vulcanized rubber has good wear resistance and thermal stability.
