This paper introduces the structural characteristics of N-TGD type steel wire rope core belt bucket elevator, and focuses on the key points of installation and debugging of this equipment. The rubber rope lifting belt used in coal mine will slip and cause serious wear.

Under certain conditions, when the working resistance of the ring rope lifting belt reaches the limit value of friction force, the rope lifting belt will slip on the contact surface with the equipment, which makes the rubber belt unable to operate normally, and also causes serious wear to the belt body. In the process, a lot of heat will be generated. Thus, the conveyor rope lifting belt is constantly damaged under the double action of wear and heat, and the rubber filter belt is broken until it is broken. In order to ensure that the steel wire rope lifting belt conveyor equipment can work normally, the mining steel wire rope lifting belt must meet the following conditions: 1. Due to the entry of cinder, dust, etc., the friction on the surface of the rubber transport belt and mechanical equipment continues to increase, resulting in the material falling off of the belt body itself, resulting in the accumulation of material falling off. In addition, due to the constant change of stress in the transmission process of the steel wire rope lifting belt, the internal strength of the material gradually decreases, the damage continues to accumulate, and finally the fatigue damage is caused; 4 The quality of the nylon rope lifting belt is affected by many aspects such as the rubber cover, the number of padding layers of the nylon belt, the initial tension, the hot vulcanization of the rubber belt and the quality of the rope lifting belt joint. Wire rope core belt conveyor is widely used in all walks of life, coal mine raw coal transportation, whether from the transport efficiency or from the labor intensity, the belt conveyor to transport raw coal is the first choice, and the wire rope lifting belt due to long-term wear and tear need to be replaced is inevitable.
